If people are are going fruit picking, they should be cautious. Spiders love to eat berries and they usually build their nests in the bushes and trees. People also should not pick berries that look swollen. This is because that spiders and maybe other bugs have diseases or poison that they may have left in the berry/fruit that could be extremely hazardous if you eat it.

Spiders also like having their homes in trees or bushes that have fruit because they like using it as a trap for flies. Spiders know that flies like berries and fruit such as a fruit fly. The spiders might hide in a bush then the fly will want berries and fly towards the bush. The fly will get stuck on the web when it reaches the berries. The fly will fly towards the web because the web is transparent. Once the fly is stuck on the web the spider will come out of its hiding place and eat the prey. Living in a berry/fruits bush or tree is really useful for a spider.
